Objective
Build-A-Bear Workshop not only needed a lively in-store music program to create a unique customer experience, but they also came to DMI Music & Media Networks looking for custom-written music that would enhance their brand.

Solution
After listening to the needs and concerns of Build-A-Bear Workshop management, our programming experts selected songs that would appeal to the younger customer demographic, maintain the core sound of the Build-A-Bear Workshop brand, without alienating the parents.  Meanwhile, our award-winning composers worked with the Build-A-Bear Workshop brand team to create, produce, and record custom music that was used in all Build-A-Bear Workshop programming.

Results
Build-A-Bear Workshop now has a completely original customer experience—from look and feel to sound—that is not only built around the brand, but reinforces and strengthens it.  The addition of customized music creates a one-of-a-kind atmosphere, and aids customers in building an emotional connection with the brand.
